Join a lobby
2–6 players buy in at a fixed, advertised price. The fee is included up front — no surprises at payout.
The table locks
Once full (or started early by the host), every buy-in moves on-chain into a fresh escrow for that one game.
One round, one elimination
Each round removes exactly one player, decided by a commitment nobody — including the house — could predict in advance.
Last one standing wins
The survivor is paid the full pot straight to their own wallet. Nothing pools, nothing sits with the house.
Provably fair, and actually provable
Every game commits to a secret seed before anyone joins — a hash goes public immediately, the value itself only after the game ends. Round outcomes are locked to a future Solana blockhash, chosen after the commitment and before anyone (the house included) could know it. Once a game settles, its seed is revealed and every round is independently recomputable — nobody has to take the house's word for it.
